Let Aaron in

When you'd like a hand, you can now let me into your Cloudbase for a while: just to look, or to set things up with you, and you end it in one click. Afterwards you get a list of everything I changed. Also, the one-week check-in email says what it's about, and a day's notice for calls now leaves tomorrow open all evening.

New

Let Aaron in

In Settings, open the door for an hour or until tonight, and choose whether I only look or can change things with you. A bar at the top of every page lets you switch or end it, and afterwards you get a list of every change I made.

Improved

The one-week check-in says what it's about

The reminder email to verify a ticket's resolution now greets them and names their request and what went live, not just the subject line.

Privacy, in plain words

The privacy page now says the only other time I'd be in your Cloudbase: when you open the door for me, for as long as you say.

Fixed

A day's notice means tomorrow

When people ask for a call on your Callsign page, a day's notice now counts in days, so tomorrow stays open all evening instead of only until this time of day.

Missing something, or found something off? It reaches me directly.

On a phone, on purpose

This is the short version of the site, cut down to what reads well on a small screen. The full thing — every instrument explained, the pricing configurator, the whole story — lives on the desktop site. Setting up is best there too. After that, Cloudbase comes with you: on your phone it's Today, a timer, a trip, a quick note and the rest, even offline.
