The deal, in plain words.

The short version, and the only version. If a longer one ever exists and they disagree, this one wins.

1

What you're getting. Access to Cloudbase to run your own work — built and run by one person in Harrisburg. Right now it's in private beta: invite-only, free, and changing week to week.

2

Your account is yours to look after. Keep your password to yourself, and you're responsible for what happens under your login. If something looks off, tell me fast and I'll help.

3

Your data is yours. You own what you put in. I store it, I don't sell it, and you can export it or leave whenever — the details are in Privacy. This is beta, so keep your own copy of anything you truly can't afford to lose.

4

Use it in good faith. Don't use Cloudbase to break the law, harm people, send spam, or attack the service — the customer-facing doors (tickets, invoices, calls) are for real work, not abuse. I can suspend an account that's doing harm.

5

It's beta, so it's “as is.” I work hard to keep it up and correct, but I can't promise it's bug-free or never down, and I'm not liable for lost work or knock-on damage. Treat it as a tool that helps, not the one place you bet the business — especially while it's this young.

6

Money. Free while it's in beta. When billing arrives you'll know the price before you ever pay, you can cancel in a click, and closing a workspace makes it dormant — never deleted.

7

Either of us can end it. You can leave anytime (it goes dormant, and your export comes with you). I'll only close an account for the harm above — and I'll tell you why.

8

If these change. I'll email you before anything material changes, the same as with Privacy. No quiet edits.

9

Where this lives. Made and run from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, under U.S. law. Anything you're unsure about, ask me — a real person answers.

This is the short version of the site, cut down to what reads well on a small screen. The full thing — every instrument explained, the pricing configurator, the whole story — lives on the desktop site. So does the app: Cloudbase is meant to be worked from a real screen, at a desk, with your hands on it.
