Set it once in Settings › Account under Signature on replies, in plain text the way you'd sign your own mail, and see exactly how it lands in their inbox. It sits folded under the reply box; Leave off sends one reply unsigned. Notes never carry it, it's never added when Email from Cloudbase is off, and each reply keeps the signature it went out with. The requester's page shows your latest one under the conversation.
An airframe's Set up page has a new Branding panel under Public page. Choose Brand kit and pick five colors, a heading, body and label font from a short list, and square, soft or round corners. The public release-notes page then wears the app's look, with the same layout. Preview ↗ shows it before you save, and a line tells you if the text will be hard to read. Call Ground always shows and the "something's broken" dot stays red. Switching back to Cloudbase keeps your kit for later.
Hover a task and drag the ⋮⋮ handle at its left edge up or down. It works on a project's work list and on Today, where tasks and tickets now sit in one list so a ticket can go between two tasks. New tasks land at the bottom; a task starred again on another day starts fresh at the bottom of Today.
Press ⌘K and type where you want to go or what you want to do, in your own words. "rates" finds your money settings, "signature" finds your account, "log a drive" logs a trip, and every Settings page can be found by its name or what's on it. The one you named comes first. Clicking a result now closes the search box as the page opens, and in dark mode its footer and Make it a task buttons are no longer white.
On the Cockpit and on Plan today, each meeting sits in your list after the things you've put before it, so the calendar and the list read as one day. On Plan today it replaces the separate "already spoken for" box.
Press Enter in a project's add-a-task box and the cursor stays in the box, ready for the next one.
If a request came in while you already had Cloudbase open, the small dot beside Tickets in the sidebar didn't appear until you reloaded the page. It now shows up the next time you click anywhere in the app, and it goes away once you've looked at Tickets.
It used to open the task for editing in place. Now it goes to the project the task lives in (or the Inbox, if it hasn't got one). Plan Today still opens the task in place.
With a task open in place (on the Cockpit, Today or a project), Move it → asked "are you sure?" and then OK did nothing. The click on OK was being treated as a click outside the task. Pressing Esc in that dialog now cancels the dialog instead of closing the task, and the page no longer stays dimmed after the move.
A request that came in through a door could keep its NEW flag for a second visit to Tickets. It now clears on the visit that shows it.
Missing something, or found something off? It reaches me directly.
⟩ Write to AaronThis is the short version of the site, cut down to what reads well on a small screen. The full thing — every instrument explained, the pricing configurator, the whole story — lives on the desktop site. So does the app: Cloudbase is meant to be worked from a real screen, at a desk, with your hands on it.
