A page (in Help) that lists everything that's changed, newest first — so you can catch up on your own time, not just when a card pops.
Making a task/ticket/document from a highlighted line now leaves a footnote on that line — the line stays, marked and dimmed, with a small number that jumps to what it became (and the footer lists it). The mark is permanent: it records what that line, as it was, turned into.
Your data is now backed up and checked before every update, and any change can be rolled back — so an update can't quietly cost you your work.
Making a task from a highlighted line in a note keeps you in the note now, instead of jumping you into the project — so you can keep writing.
A note's "became" / "from" trail lists each thing on its own line, so it stays readable once a note has spawned a few.
Following a note's footnote or trail to a task now opens it in its project, scrolled to the row — in context, instead of a lone single-task page.
A finished meeting is done once you've written it up (jotted a note) — not when you send minutes. Sending minutes is fully optional now; "Needs a write-up" means you haven't recorded what came of it yet, nothing more. Most meetings are notes you keep, not minutes you send.
Hardened every form that sends email (waitlist, sign-in link, password reset, magic link) against abuse — rate limits, a bot honeypot, blocked SMS-gateway addresses, and a confirm step on sign-in links so email scanners can't follow them. Keeps the app from being used to spam others, and protects the sending reputation your own account notices ride on.
A long note on the detached shelf can be scrolled again (it was getting clipped once it grew past the window).
The "From Aaron" welcome card can be dismissed for good with an ✕ — it no longer lingers on the cockpit until you watch the whole video (still there in Help).
A ticket's age in its header now counts from when it was raised, so one you worked on today no longer reads the nonsensical "Today old" — it shows its real age (e.g. "9d old").
Making a task from a line in a note that belongs to a task or meeting now files it onto that project — it was landing project-less in the Inbox even when you picked "A task on <project>."
Missing something, or found something off? It reaches me directly.
⟩ Write to AaronThis is the short version of the site, cut down to what reads well on a small screen. The full thing — every instrument explained, the pricing configurator, the whole story — lives on the desktop site. So does the app: Cloudbase is meant to be worked from a real screen, at a desk, with your hands on it.
