How the board works
A board people choose to be on stays fun only if it can't become a leaderboard.
The board does
List you only if you switch it on, and drop you the moment you switch it off.
Show four things, all already on your page: callsign, name, one line, squawk. Plus your style, as a word.
Wait until a page has been up for a week before its strip appears.
Sort by base, then by name. A new strip says "new" for seven days.
The board never
Counts anything: no views, no followers, no "most visited", no people-at-this-airport tally.
Ranks, features or promotes a strip. Paid accounts don't sit higher.
Uses a visitor's location. A base is something you pick.
Gets indexed as a list of people. The board is noindex; only pages that chose search can be found that way.
For seats: a seat's strip needs the same permission as their page. If the owner turns that page off, the strip goes with it.
